(i was recently reminded of the french song from my childhood "c'est l'halloween" by this lovely lady and it has been stuck in my head since. which i've been loving. hence the title for this post)
created by the talented rob.
this is a wonderful poster that you might have seen around town if you live in vancouver. i thought it was so clever and love that it was inspired by what may be the creepiest movie of all time. (and one of my faves)
happy halloween everyone!

i recently bought this handknit, organic wool togue at liquid clothing (no website but they've moved from kitsilano to 2337 main st ) and couldn't be happier. now i actually want one of our fleeting bouts of snow! i wish i could say that i knit it myself but the art of circular knitting has evaded me. rats.
oh well, i did pick up some grey alpaca to make a scarf to go with it. straight knitting, now that's something i can do (sometimes).

i'm usually a solid grey, black or navy gal (with the exception of stripes, i love a striped top and i own many with varying colors and stripe widths) but this fall i tend to be gravitating towards patterns. this is a recent dress purchase (thank you h&m ) and a recent scarf purchase. (thank you eugene choo)
