okay, here's the deal. we have been having some pretty great, spring-like weather here in vancouver. it has me ready to say 'see you later winter' and 'hellllooooo spring'.
so, just in case it is still snowing or cold where you live, i thought i would spread some of the warmth by having a little sale. from now until next wednesday (february 25th-end of day) all animals will be 25% off.

happy *heart* day

i'm not super big on valentines day, but this year i've really embraced the magic of it all. i am seeing it as more of a time to embrace all kinds of love. blog love, candy love, fabric love, love for nature, love for family and friends. i don't think it should be so focused on love for a sweetheart (thanks, hallmark) but maybe a more universal, larger love.
i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and in some small way, can share a bit of love.
(okay, cheesy, i know, but i can't help it. it's how i'm feeling.)

i was so happy to get my little hands on one of stephanie's feathers, and to have it arrive in the mail today is an added bonus. now it can go to a certain valentine of mine tomorrow as intended.

some extra re-useable tote bags from flight 001. i bought one on sale there and i think this is the best shopping bag. ever. it feels like it's made from parachute fabric and it is the weirdest thing, no matter how much you put in it, it doesn't hurt your shoulder! plus, it's a great size and you can fold it into it's own little pouch for easy transport. i don't think you can order online from canada, but maybe if you call, they will do a phone order? so worth it! (however, they are half price in the store, but full price online. hum.) still worth it.
